Welcome to iXL Real Estate

Onboarding Timeline — Please Read Carefully

To keep your onboarding on track, please follow this timeline closely:

48-Hour Completion Window: Once your onboarding is initiated, you have 48 hours to complete all required steps, documents, and submissions.

Mandatory Check-In Meeting: A Zoom meeting with your onboarding coordinator will be scheduled at the 72-hour mark from your onboarding start date. This meeting is required to resolve any outstanding items and finalize your onboarding.

Missing items will not be chased indefinitely. If notifications about missing information go unread or unanswered, your onboarding will stall — it is your responsibility to review all communications promptly and respond.

If you're a mentee, your mentor is copied on all onboarding communications and is available to help as soon as an item is flagged. Reach out to them early rather than waiting.

Delays beyond this timeline are the exception, not the norm — staying responsive keeps your onboarding on schedule and gets you into your systems faster.

⚠️ Before You Start — Read Everything on This Site First

Everything you need to complete onboarding — checklists, required documents, items to submit, compliance rules, and state-specific requirements — is available on this website. Review every section carefully before clicking "Start Onboarding."

Do not begin your onboarding form until you have read through the entire site and gathered everything you need.

Starting before you're ready is one of the most common causes of delay.

If anything is unclear, ask before you begin. It is always better to ask early than to fix a problem later.

New Agent Onboarding

Your onboarding starts here

This site will walk you through what to do before, during, and right after onboarding. Review each section carefully and complete each step in order.

What happens next

Your onboarding with iXL Real Estate follows a set order. Complete each step carefully so your onboarding is not delayed.

Complete your pre-onboarding requirements

Make sure your license status, license transfer, MLS membership, association status, compliance items, and required documents are in order before onboarding begins.

Review your incoming agent packet

Use your packet as your preparation guide. Review it carefully so you know what is expected before your onboarding form is assigned.

Gather your required items to submit

Have your license number, professional headshot, professional bio, MLS and board information, emergency contact, referral details, vanity domain info if solo, auto insurance certificate, and any business documents ready.

Complete your onboarding form

Click the "Start Onboarding" button to complete your onboarding form. Once submitted, the next steps in your onboarding process will begin automatically.

Review and sign your required onboarding documents

After your form is submitted and reviewed, you will receive your required onboarding documents electronically. Onboarding does not move forward until all required documents are completed and received.

Receive access to company tools and platforms

Once your documents are complete, the admin team will begin adding you to the company tools and platforms you need based on your office, state, and onboarding status.

Review office information and key contacts

Review your office location, office details, and important contacts so you know where to go and who to reach out to when needed.

Begin your first-week setup

Log into your systems, review your resources, complete your setup items, and get connected with the tools and people you need.

Important

Do not skip steps or assume something is complete unless you have received confirmation. Missing forms, incomplete MLS setup, rejected uploads, or unfinished required items can delay onboarding. If you have questions, ask early.
