Who to contact for what
Use the guide below so your question goes to the right person the first time. If you are not sure, contact onboarding support first and do not guess.
Onboarding questions
If you have a question about what step comes next, a missing link, your onboarding form, or a general onboarding issue, contact the company admin first.
System access or missing invite
If you are missing access to a system, did not receive an invite, or cannot get into a tool you were assigned, contact the company admin.
Document questions before signing
If you have questions or concerns about the content of any onboarding document before signing, contact your broker directly before you sign it.
Office or broker questions
If your question is office-specific, broker-related, compliance-related, or tied to your branch location, contact the broker for your office.
