Your core systems start here

Once your onboarding documents are complete, admin will begin assigning access to the systems and tools you need. These are the platforms iXL agents are expected to use from day one for CRM, transaction files, internal resources, training, MLS access, and day-to-day business. Access is assigned based on your office, state, and onboarding status.

Core systems at a glance

These are the main systems and resource channels iXL agents are expected to use from day one. Some apply to every agent. Others depend on your office, state, and assignment. Access is assigned based on your office, state, and onboarding status.

Lofty

Main CRM for leads, follow-up, tasks, notes, pipeline management, and in many cases your website. Log in daily, download the app, add your sphere, and start using it right away.

Dotloop

Transaction file system for signed documents, edits, and file history. Set up your account early, learn the templates, and keep your file trail clean and current.

Listings to Leads

Listing marketing and lead capture tool. Use it to promote listings, build landing pages, and support marketing tied to active listings.

IXL HUB

Internal resource center for forms, policies, training replays, schedules, and company documents. This should be one of the first places agents check for internal resources.

Locker Room University

Training platform for skills, scripts, conversion work, and listing help. Agents are expected to review training content regularly.

Club Wealth University

Training platform focused on planning, structure, growth, and business development. Best used weekly if you need help with planning and structure.

IXL Agent Exchange

Listing marketing and lead capture tool. Use it to promote listings, build landing pages, and support marketing tied to active listings.

MLS and Lockbox

Internal resource center for forms, policies, training replays, schedules, and company documents. This should be one of the first places agents check for internal resources.

Real Geeks

Alabama agents are also assigned Real Geeks as their website and lead capture platform. If the broker sees that an Alabama agent is not using Lofty, that agent may be switched to Real Geeks. Use it or lose it.

Your first-week setup

Your first week is about getting set up correctly. Focus on system access, profile setup, knowing where resources are, and knowing who to contact if something is missing.

Log into your core systems

Log into Lofty, download the Lofty app, log into Dotloop, Listings to Leads, IXL HUB, and The Locker Room University. If you are an Alabama agent and assigned Real Geeks, log into that too.

Confirm your MLS access

Log into your MLS, make sure access is working properly, review your MLS profile, and report any MLS access issue right away.

Complete your basic profile setup

Complete your profile in Lofty, upload your professional bio if it is still pending, and make sure your contact details are correct across your systems.

Join company platforms

Join the IXL Agent Exchange Facebook Group, log into IXL HUB, and review where forms, policies, training schedules, replays, office announcements, and company resources are stored.

Start your CRM setup

Begin adding your sphere of influence to Lofty, start building your contact database, and learn where your leads, tasks, and follow-up reminders are located. The systems guide treats Lofty as the daily command center.

Review office information

Review the office list, confirm which office applies to your branch, and save the broker, office, and support contact details you need.

Connect with the right people

Introduce yourself to your broker, connect with your onboarding buddy if one is assigned, and reach out right away if you are missing access, links, or key information. The systems guide lists Sofia Arrastia at [email protected] for missing system invites or access issues.

If something is missing, ask early. Your first week is about getting set up correctly, not guessing your way through it.
